Aka ‘Brass’ produces the HIP/HOP, LOUNGE and ACID JAZZ songs and is an active collaborator of GBMUSIC since 2004, when thanks to a demo he met Giacomo Bondi. Roberto was born in Rome on the 17th of September 1978. At the age of nine, he discovered his interest in music by beginning to play the keyboards, an interest which transformed itself into a passion. This lead to his being part of a rock group (the "aedi") in 1996, with whom he performed in the best clubs in Rome and in various competitions. After the group's break up, he concentrated on the production and composition of musical bases alternating various hip hop and pop styles until reaching lounge and chill out music. His most important pieces include a series of lounge songs licensed in America by Sunswept Music and Water Music Records, a production music library for Fabrizio Marioni, a cd of Ethnic CHiLL OUT, and the co-production with Giacomo Bondi of the STLCAIR, LISA MARONI, Gabrielle Chiararo and the acoustic/electronic JAZZISTIC albums. He has also collaborated with Evandro Reis. Last but not least, he recently completed the entire production of the promising new Roman rapper Luca, aka 'MRO' (Mister O.)
