• Using a pay mode : you freely define the selling prices of your titles with a minimum price of 0,20 euro per title.
• Using a free mode : 100% free and legal for the Net surfer, and 100% payment for you.

Airtist proposes the 1st viable solution against music piracy thanks to its revolutionary and simple concept, The net surfer:

1. CHOOSES your music
2. WATCHES an advertisement
3. DOWNLOADS your music free of charge

You are paid thanks to the advertisement + royalties are respected + 0,01 euro paid to charities.

It is you who choose your sales prices and if you want to activate the free download mode for your music.
You manage freely your image and your communication through your artist page, by updating your biography, your news, your concert dates, your photographs etc.

Remuneration

• For pay mode : you will receive 70% of the sales price excluding VAT
• For free mode : you will receive 0,12 euro excluding VAT for each free download

Airtist signeda partnership agreement with SACEM, Sesam and Sdrm :

Thus the download becomes legal because we respect the royalties. The beneficiaries' share paid by Airtist to SACEM are included in the remunerations.

Airtist remunerates all its artists without any criteria of profitability :

• You are registered in a collective company for royalties outside of France like the SIAE, SGAE, MCPS etc : your royalties will be paid to you through the SACEM.
• you are not registered in any collective company for royalties : Airtist will transfer you the amount of your royalties.

Ethical

Joining Airtist will encourage artistic development and also help us to support state-approved charities.

For each song downloaded, using the free mode or the pay mode, 0.01 euro is transferred to associations through the Airtist association.

A contract preserving your freedom of artist

We propose you a contract non-exclusive, with no duration commitment, and no minimum obligation with respect to the number of titles or albums.

From your Backstage, you are free to add or withdraw your music when you want and in an instantaneously.
